Clear expectations

Website & offer terms.

Last updated 15 October 2026. These terms describe this website and the first-month offer. A written scope confirms any engagement.

Who we are

KlikAds Ltd is the proposed UK entity name. Company number: [Company number]. Registered address: [Registered address]. Email: [email protected]. Phone: [UK phone]. The contracting entity must be confirmed in writing before work starts.

The 30-day offer

Subject to a suitability review and an agreed start date, the first 30 consecutive days of the agreed campaign-management scope carry no management fee. The offer is for stores selling physical products through a functioning checkout, working directly with an owner or decision-maker, normally with an advertising budget of at least approximately £30 a day.

You pay advertising platforms directly. Advertising spend, software subscriptions and creative production are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. No additional cost is incurred on your behalf without agreement. The month begins on the agreed date after access and launch requirements are ready, not when you submit an enquiry.

After the first month

There is no automatic enrolment into paid management. Continuing work requires an agreed monthly fee and scope. Ongoing management is a monthly subscription without long-term lock-in; you may leave at any time. Billing, cancellation timing, any unused fees and handover arrangements must be set out clearly before paid services begin.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your products, website, fulfilment, customer service and the accuracy and legality of information supplied for advertising. Provide authorised access, accurate commercial data and timely approvals. Tell us about stock constraints, promotions and material changes that affect campaigns.

Accounts, access and data

You retain ownership of your advertising accounts and data. Access is granted for the agreed work and can be revoked. We agree practical handover arrangements when work ends. Confidential information is used only for the engagement, subject to legal obligations and any separate data-processing terms.

Results and educational content

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, ad approval, ranking or a fixed return. Case studies describe particular businesses and periods. Guides and examples provide general education, not personalised tax, accounting or legal advice. Check decisions against your own records and professional advice.

Using the website

You may read and share links to our guides. Website text, design and brand materials remain protected by their owners’ intellectual-property rights. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with security or represent our content as your own. Third-party brands belong to their respective owners.

Responsibility and disputes

Nothing in these website terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The service agreement will specify the contracting entity, governing law, jurisdiction and any lawful commercial limits. These terms do not remove mandatory rights that apply to you.

Raise concerns first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve them. Material changes to an agreed service require communication; a website update does not retrospectively change an existing written engagement.
