What we collect and why
If you enquire, we receive your name, email, phone number, store URL, store status and advertising-budget range. We use them to assess fit, answer your enquiry and, at your request, discuss services. We do not add you to a marketing list.
We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. For business representatives, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. Limited security processing is based on our legitimate interest in preventing spam and protecting the service. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Technical information
The hosting provider may record IP addresses, request times, user agents and error information for website delivery and security. The form handler stores a short-lived hash of the submitting IP address in the server’s temporary directory to limit repeated submissions. The handler does not store enquiry bodies in a database.
Who receives the information
Authorised KlikAds staff and the providers used to host the site and deliver email may process your information. We do not sell it. Account access and advertising work, if agreed later, are covered by separate service and data-processing arrangements.
The final hosting and email providers, processing locations and any international transfers must be confirmed before launch. Where a restricted transfer occurs, appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or the applicable contractual transfer mechanism must be in place.
How long we keep it
Our proposed enquiry retention period is 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless we need information for an ongoing contract, legal obligation or dispute. Spam-control files expire after one hour and are cleaned during subsequent submissions. Hosting security-log retention will be confirmed with the provider. Retention rules must also be applied to the email inbox.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Irish residents can contact the Irish Data Protection Commission or their relevant supervisory authority.
Cookies and automated decisions
This build uses no analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are hosted locally. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using automated profiling. If tracking is introduced, the notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
